SPIRITUAL : Biblical principles are integrated in every subject . From daily Bible classes to chapel to service opportunities , ACA students are encouraged to grow spiritually .
ACADEMICS : Alabama Christian Academy is a Pre-K through 12th grade college-preparatory school committed to offering a challenging , Christ-centered education to students , while keeping in mind their individual needs . ACA offers several AP and Honors classes for advanced secondary students as well as dual-enrollment classes through Faulkner University . From elementary to high school , students participate in STEM classes ranging from elementary makerspace to AP computer science , biomedical science and engineering . In addition , a full-time college and career counselor is on staff to help students and parents with the transition from high school to college . ACT prep courses are also available to our students .
ATHLETICS : Student athletes have much to choose from at ACA . Football , volleyball , cheerleading , bass fishing , cross country , tennis , basketball , softball , baseball , soccer , track and field , and golf are all offered .
FINE ARTS : ACA provides students with the opportunity to join the awardwinning ACA Eagle Marching Band , color guard , as well as jazz and percussion ensembles . The ACA chorus provides students ensemble experience while simultaneously fine tuning their individual vocal techniques . In our theater department , 9th-12th grade students perform in a student showcase , attend the Walter Trumbauer State Theater Festival , and perform a musical with Faulkner University .
