EDGEWOOD ACADEMY PTA
REFLECTIONS DINNER
The PTA Reflections Contest is an annual
tradition. This year’s theme was “LOOK
WITHIN.” The students submitted entries
about “LOOK WITHIN” and they picked
the best entry from each grade. The students
could draw, dance, write, or submit a
film production, photograph, and music
composition.
This is the 50th year of PTA Reflections. The
program was founded in 1969. Each year,
over 300,000 students in pre-K through grade
12 create original works of art in response to
the selected theme. The winners got a special
dinner at Torch Middle School on February
5th from 5pm to 7pm. The district PTSA
gave awards for music composition and for
literature from 3rd place to 1st place. The
winners got a certificate and a medal and they
displayed their written, art, or music entries.
