He is is involved in band, piano, and poetry at Austin High School. In 2015, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Student” by the AHS band, and was a finalist in the school’s Po- etry-Out Loud Competition for two consecutive years. Atharva is a valuable member of Interact Club, the Health Occupation Student Association, and National Honor Society; he holds leadership positions in all three. When asked what advice he would give to someone entering high school, Atharva offered, “Challenge yourself but don’t overwhelm yourself.” what’s next “I want to become a CEO/CFO at a biomedical company.
