TRENHOLM STATE – App Development
In the App Development with Swift course, students will learn to code and
design fully functional apps, gaining critical job skills in software development
and information technology. The curriculum is designed by Apple engineers
and educators and uses Swift, one of the world’s most popular programming
languages. Mobile App development has been ranked as one of the hottest jobs
to have in 2016 with the job market having been predicted to skyrocket by 32%
from 2010 through 2020. Developers who can code in Apple's Swift program-
ming language have been the most in demand over the past year.

COASTAL ALABAMA – Animation & Interactive
Technology
These two-year certificate programs train students in the art of animation and
computer-generated imagery for careers in film/television, entertainment,
visualization, and software/technology. By the second semester, students learn
how to design and produce an animated film. With the College’s cyclorama
(green screen) wall, students are able to produce, film and edit customized
videos, all to create a competitive portfolio for job-seeking upon completion of
the program

ENTERPRISE STATE - Mechatronics
Study for both industrial and college certifications/degrees at ESCC in Mecha-
tronics that teach you about electronics, motors, automation, robotics, and
other advanced manufacturing processes that can make you competitive for
many high wage, high demand jobs. Mechatronics is one of the world’s largest
high-tech manufacturing fields that incorporates electrical, mechanical, and
computer engineering. Studying Mechatronics alongside the best practices for
industrial maintenance gives you an edge on the latest technologies for electron-
ics and mechanics for systems ranging from household appliances to automated

BEVILL STATE - Nursing
The Nursing program is a five-semester program designed to prepare graduates
to practice safe, competent, patient-centered care. The curriculum incorporates
general education courses along with nursing courses, which includes class-
room instruction with guided clinical experiences in varied healthcare agen-
cies. After the successful completion of three semesters, students are eligible to
sit for the NCLEX-PN licensure. Graduates that have successfully completed
the entire program have the opportunity to become Registered Nurses in the
healthcare field after passage of the NCLEX-RN exam.
Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
