ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT Within the Post Qualifying Division of the School of Nursing & Midwifery, administrators are identified to work along side the programme manager, leads and module tutors and provide you with a friendly efficient service. The administrators can be contacted for any queries or uncertainties you may have about your programme of study. We want to ensure that all aspects of your programme and experiences you engage in are as trouble free as possible. Should you wish to speak to the programme manager regarding an academic issue the administrators can facilitate this. Ensure that you include your contact details so they can get back to you.
CONTACTING THE ADMINISTRATORS Due to the various time zones initial contact regarding the pro gramme should be made via e mail, however the administrators can be contacted between the following UK times: Monday to Friday 11:00 – 12:00 and 15:30 – 16:30. When you contact the school it is most helpful if you could quote your full name to enable the administrators to access your details quickly so that you can get the most appropriate response and help.
