Tuition Fee Waiver

Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Commerce .

Distinction average in prior study from a recognised university , and met all other entry requirements . Selection is based on academic achievement for each discipline .

100 % or partial tuition fee waiver .

GRADUATE RESEARCH EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP ( FOR NEW STUDENTS )

All graduate research degrees ( Master and PhD ).

Met the minimum academic qualification of First Class Honours ( H1 ) or equivalent , English language and scholarship requirements . Awarded on a competitive basis , with selection based on academic record , research output and / or prior research experience . This must be your first graduate research degree at the same course level . Approval must be obtained if you ’ re receiving financial assistance from an external sponsor .

100 % tuition fee waiver plus a monthly stipend of RM2800 .

GRADUATE RESEARCH TUITION FEE WAIVER SCHOLARSHIP ( FOR NEW STUDENTS )

All graduate research degrees ( Master and PhD ).

Met the minimum academic qualification of Second Class Honours ( H2A ) or equivalent . Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis . This must be your first graduate research degree at the same course level . Approval must be obtained if you ’ re receiving financial assistance from an external sponsor .

50 %, 75 % or 100 % tuition fee waiver .

GLOBAL EXCELLENCE AND MOBILITY SCHOLARSHIP ( GEMS )

Tuition Fee Waiver and / or Stipend

Doctor of Philosophy in an area of research with regional and global relevance . Visit monash . edu . my / research / gems-scholarship for a list of research topics .

Limited to 15 recipients in 2024 .

Met the minimum academic qualification of First Class Honours ( H1 ) or equivalent , and scholarship requirements . Awarded on a competitive basis .

100 % tuition fee waiver and a monthly stipend of RM2800 for 30 months in Malaysia , and as recipients will be funded for an immersive year in Monash Australia , a monthly stipend of RM8500 and a grant to cover travel and living expenses in Australia .

EngIT TEACHING AND RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP

Tuition Fee Waiver and / or Stipend

PhD in Engineering or Information Technology .

Met the entry requirements for PhD and eligibility for the Graduate Research Excellence Scholarship , which includes H1 or equivalent from your Bachelor ’ s degree . Possess a Master ’ s in a relevant discipline , and be able to obtain a Teaching Permit from the Ministry of Higher Education . Open to Malaysians only .

100 % tuition fee waiver and monthly stipend of RM3640 .
