Doctor of Philosophy ( in the area of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering ) Recipient of the 2018 Vice-Chancellor ’ s Commendation for Doctoral Thesis Excellence . Currently working as a data scientist at DNS Technology in Melbourne .
At Monash , Arvind developed accurate and computationally efficient novel methods to analyse the reliability of engineering systems . His findings have been applied across mission-critical projects in multiple engineering disciplines . In the manufacturing industry , this is achieved through minimising materials used and the optimal design of man-made structures in locations with extreme weather conditions .
