This course can lead you to a research degree . If you graduate with first-class honours , you may be able to enter the Monash Doctoral Program ( PhD ) without first completing a master ’ s degree by research .

A master ’ s degree in a related discipline , with a significant research component , at least equivalent to an Australian honours degree ( a full-time year of research and an examined thesis ).
You must also meet the English language requirements of the University .
