OUR COURSES
Graduate study can be the foundation to a great career, it can turn an existing career into
something brilliant, help you change careers or aid in pursuing your passion. There are two
ways to study for a graduate degree – by coursework or by research.
Coursework
These courses enable you to extend expertise gained through your undergraduate degree, or add breadth to your knowledge and skills within a new or
complementary field. A master’s degree by coursework can take between one to two years of full-time study while a postgraduate diploma may be
completed in a year.
Research
Monash offers research-based graduate courses in most disciplines. These courses offer you the opportunity to pursue your passion in a supportive
environment while working with some of the brightest minds. A graduate research degree can take between one and four years of full-time study.
