INGREDIENTS 1 oz egg white ½ oz simple syrup 1 oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz Boiron blood orange puree 1 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia 1 oz lemon gin 3 dashes of bitters piece of lemon peel
METHOD
1 Collect a cocktail shaker and add all of the ingredients apart from the bitters and lemon peel . Top with cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds .
2 Fine strain into another cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds without ice .
3 Pour into glass , add 3 dashes of bitters into the foam . Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail then discard . Serve .
