DAY 1 Start with fresh coffee and French toast at the Natchez Coffee Co . on 509 Franklin Street . Then book yourself in for a horsedrawn carriage ride to get oriented : you can pick one up at the intersection of State and Cable Streets . Once back , seek out Pearl Street , not far from the river , where it ’ s possible to stroll around the Natchez National Historical Park . Worth visiting are Magnolia Hall , Thomas Seaton House , Longwood ( also known as Nutt ’ s Folly ), Rosalie Mansion and Auburn Museum & Home , built in the Greek revival style .
