Closer to the coast along the waterfront , stroll through MIA Park , one of the greenest spaces that you ’ ll find here — rent a picnic basket to fill with goods from nearby cafes and perch under a tree in the park to catch the sea breeze .
For a culture hit , stop by the Museum of Islamic Art , which holds one of the largest collections of Islamic art in the world . For more art and culture , head to the National Museum of Qatar — the one mile of galleries are split into three sections : Beginnings , Life in Qatar and Building the Nation .
