Study Programme 3
Study Programme 3 offers the opportunity to apply for a GCE Advanced Subsidiary( AS) Level or GCE Advanced( A) Level qualification alongside your Strand.
The timetable allows for one additional pathway, which provides an extra 5 hours of timetabled study per week. Students are expected to dedicate a minimum of 5 additional hours outside of class to support their learning.
Options include:
A Level English Literature AS Film Studies A Level History A Level Mathematics
This programme allows students to broaden their qualifications and enhance their academic portfolio.
For A Level English Literature, History and Mathematics all students will be entered for the AS element of these qualifications with the expectation all students progress into the second year and achieve the full A Level qualification. In exceptional circumstances, a student may opt to leave the course after one year.
