Tonya was born and raised in Stephens County , Georgia . After graduating from the
University of Georgia , she enrolled in a real estate licensing course where she met her husband , Shane , a native of Rabun County .
She and Shane enjoy many activities , especially when it involves being parents to their daughter , Emma . Tonya is a high school teacher and feels her experience as an educator gives her clients an advantage . She makes buying or selling a home a fun , easy , and stress-free experience .

Sheree Rodriquez
Originally from Florida , Sheree earned a BA / Marketing degree through the University of Phoenix and obtained her Florida real estate license in 2017 .
Her love and passion for the mountains comes from spending time as a child at a familyowned cottage in Franklin , NC . She attributes her love for the outdoors and a passion for nature to her Native American Cherokee bloodline . She enjoys running , riding her bike , hiking , and water sports . She shares this passion with 2 sons , who currently live in Florida and Sheree says they are classic beach bums .
