Roger joined Poss Realty after a 31-year career as a Military Police officer in the United
States Army and Army Reserve . He is a Distinguished Military and Cum Laude graduate of The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science . In 2018 , Colonel Glenn graduated from the U . S . Army War College with a Masters of Strategic Studies . He commanded at both the Company and Battalion levels and has two overseas deployments ( Iraq and Guantanamo Bay , Cuba ). His decorations include the Humanitarian Service Medal , the Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal , the Combat Action Badge , multiple Army Commendation Medals , the Legion of Merit ( Medal ), and the Bronze Star ( Medal ). Roger also has 20 years of experience in sales , marketing and business development in senior leadership roles , mostly in the high technology industry . He has a 1st Degree Black Belt in the Koran martial art of Choi Kwang Do . He is married to fellow Realtor , Laura ( Glenn ) who is also his partner in real estate . Roger was a regular visitor to Rabun County before moving here full time in the fall of 2020 . He enjoys fitness , exploring nature , gardening , blogging , music and college athletics . Having moved to Georgia in the spring of 1991 Roger considers the Peach State home . He “ looks forward to pouring my energy into helping clients meet their personal and financial goals ”.
