Joanna was born and raised in Rabun County . Before joining Poss Realty she managed her dad ’ s auction company where they specialized in real estate and estate sales . Joanna and her father , Greg Peters , now work as a team at Poss Realty to provide the best experience possible for their residential and commercial clients .

Q . What is your favorite Christmas memory ? A . Watching It ’ s A Wonderful Life with my whole family .
Q . What was your most memorable gift ? A . A go-cart that my aunt and uncle gave me and my siblings . They sent us on a scavenger hunt through my uncle ’ s funeral home to find it .
Q . What is your favorite Christmas carol ? A . How Many Kings .

2 C . sugar 2 eggs 2 C . flour 1 C . butter 1 tsp . vanilla 1 tsp . baking powder 1 / 4 tsp . salt 1 C . sour cream
Topping 1 tsp . cinnamon 4 Tbsp . brown sugar 1 C . chopped nuts
Mawmaw ’ s Coffee Cake
Make topping and sit aside . Cream butter and sugar . Add everything else . Pour half the batter in a tube pan . Sprinkle batter with half topping then add rest of batter and rest of topping . Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min - 1 hour .
Q . What is your family ’ s Christmas tradition ? A . All of my siblings , and each of our children going to my parent ’ s house on Christmas Eve for a huge dinner & gifts .
