Nic Poss grew up in Rabun County and graduated from Truett Mc- Connell University with a degree in business and competed as a member of the golf team . He continues his love for the sport and participates in local and state tournaments for fun .
Nic and his wife Carrie live with a Corgi fur baby , Jack . Carrie teaches 3rd grade at the local elementary school and they enjoy working out , playing board games with family and taking boat rides to see the bald eagles on Lake Burton .
Nic is a 3rd generation Realtor at Poss Real Estate . His love for the business came from his late grandpa / golfing buddy , and founder of the company , Ed Poss . Nic says , “ My favorite thing about real estate is working with my dad and touring folks around our beautiful county to discover all it has to offer .”

Q . What is your favorite Christmas memory ? A . My favorite Christmas memory is spending Christmas morning with my grandparents eating breakfast and opening gifts .
Q . What gift sticks our in your mind A . My favorite gift I received was a set of golf clubs .
Q . What Christmas song sparks your Christmas spirit ? A . Favorite Christmas carol is Jingle Bells- the Frank Sinatra version .
Q . In the annual Christmas play , what part did you play ? A . I have been a shepherd and wise man but never Baby Jesus , that I can remember .
Q . Do you like to decorate a little or a lot ? A . All out decorations like Clark Griswold .
Q . What is your family ’ s Christmas tradition ? A . We go to 3 or 4 different family member ’ s houses and eat until I can roll home .
Q . Is there a Christmas recipe you ’ d like to share ? A . My go to recipe is 1 cup of black coffee mixed with 1 cup of black coffee , turns out perfect every time .
