Portuguese Lighting: How do you describe the work done by the company over the years?
Silva Macieira: One of the great advantages of working with lighting projects and the development of special luminaires is, without a doubt, the possibility of working with different lines of architecture and decoration. Knowing how to read, understand and be able to fulfill the customer's desire through technical knowledge is something very satisfying and has helped to make these years something very rewarding.
It was undoubtedly 11 years of hard work and a lot of learning, but where a company with a lot of potential and with a highly qualified team was created, which will allow us to grow more and more.
PL: In your opinion, can lighting make a difference in a project / environment?
SM: Lighting is one of the most important factors in any project. It is what gives it life and values it, but always with a well-designed and structured plan.
We may even have an incredible architecture, but if we don't have a good lighting project it won't work.
Good lighting transforms the environment into a pleasant place, but in a discreet way.
If we enter a space and feel comfortable, without having the lighting distracting us, surely a good lighting planning has been developed.
That's what we do and we always want to guarantee at Begolux, lighting that stands out in the right way, bringing elegance to the environment in which it is inserted.
