General Reservations conditions
To book an excursion group representative will get in touch with Veigatours and indicate
the day and the trip to perform, as well as the number of people who will travel.
To guarantee the reservation must be paid 50% of the total amount of the trip, and the
remaining 50% must be paid up to 10 days before the trip.The minimum number of
participants for each trip are 50, and if you want to travel with more people should contact
Veigatours as urgent as possible and ask for bus to 67 or 80 people, and the price of the
trip vary depending on the offer of buses at the time.
Services
the services presented in the brochure, bus, restaurants or hotels are provided by outside
companies to Veigatours. Veigatours usually only works with certified companies and meet
quality criteria; However, if there are grounds for complaint from any service Veigatours is
an intermediary between the customer and the provider of the service, and will do
everything to benefit their customers.
For technical reasons the service providers involved in each trip, there could be last-minute
changes, rerouting, restaurant or hotel, keeping however all services defined on the trip. If

Insurance
