The things you should bring with you when you are meeting the
models you’ll wish to shoot with later.
•
Small Portfolio Handbook.
One of the things that has
worked in my favour since I’ve
started portrait photography is
my portfolio handbook.
You can use any printing
website ( even walmart has
one) to print a photo album of
the best work you did so far. Try
to keep it to 25 photos and to
refresh it every year.
It’s really useful when you are
discussing a shoot with a
model.
•
Photographer’s card.
Once again, printing websites are
your friends.
Try to make a nice contact card
with your name, phone number, email Facebook page and website
(if you have one)
if you want a model to contact you
for a future shoot or if you find
someone you’d like to shoot with in
your everyday life, cards are a
great way for them to learn about
your work and to contact you if
they also wish to work with you.
Never forget to bring them with you
in your everyday life. You never
know when an opportunity will
strike.
