What we did: We did a modified graffiti wall with post its. The purpose of this graffiti wall was to brainstorm solution ideas. We had more of a discussion with the students where they were able to tell frustration points and their own personal journeys. Participants: Key Learning: Objective: We got the majority of the useful information and solution ideas during this session. We found that it was a lot easier to understand their problems when they could actually explain them to us face to face.
