What we did:
We did a modified graffiti wall with post its. The purpose of this graffiti wall was to brainstorm solution
ideas. We had more of a discussion with the students where they were able to tell frustration
points and their own personal journeys.

We got the majority of the useful information and
solution ideas during this session. We found
that it was a lot easier to understand their problems
when they could actually explain them to us
face to face.
