What we did: A modified graffiti wall using post-its so that information could be easily reorganized later. We had multiple prompts at the ready to help Michelle formulate ideas when we felt that she got stuck. Participants: Key Learning: Objective: We found that Michelle is very open to any ideas, and had a couple of ideas of her own. Using verbal prompts was a great way to get her imagination rolling. We also found that we have very few restrictions for our final solution regarding limits.
