An enclave of new , luxury condominiums will soon make its debut on historic Gulf Shore Boulevard North .
Two successful developers , Barron Collier Companies and Golub & Company , recently purchased the coveted property located at 2020 Gulf Shore Boulevard North and announced plans to build new luxury condominiums on the site .
Park Place on Gulf Shore , as it has been named , will feature two artfully designed mid-rises with a total of just 15 residences .
The four-story mid-rises , with first-level under-building parking , will be positioned so some of the residences can take advantage of the bay views to the east , while others will offer views of the Gulf of Mexico to the west .
