with the building having its private beach access right on the Gulf , we are on the glorious sand after just a few steps .
Returning home , we see two other residents — one coming back from a morning bike ride and another from a run . How nice that immediate neighbors are also into healthy living ! After a quick turn-around , we ’ re off in my car to do some errands . Heading south , within minutes we are at the Central Avenue public library to pick up bestsellers for reading this week . Then we move on to Fifth Avenue South and the 3rd Street shopping areas — again only minutes away — to pick up gourmet provisions for breakfasts and lunches . My friend comments how the areas remind her of the charm of Palm Beach
