The motorboat cruises along and the participants stand at the rear of the boat , being lifted gradually and effortlessly and gaining altitude as the trip progresses . A sunset cruise provides another vision of the sea . Catamarans and single-hull sailboats set out about an hour and a half prior to sunset . With any cooperation from the clouds there will be a pink and purple-hued magnificent sky to behold as the boat cruises along almost silently .
