Un nécessaire bouleversement :
Différentes réalités doivent cohabiter dans un seul
projet. Des types de logements riches, diversifiés,
adaptés pour les locaux tout en permettant de
répondre au besoin de densification. Donner
des espaces extérieurs aux habitants, dans une
hiérarchie d’espaces verts privés, semi-publiques,
et publiques.
