Urban Planning Concept | 2016
The Project’s objetive is to structure a Compact, Polycentric & Sustainable
City-Region and Urban Cell for the Habitat of the century XXI, through its
principal Ecological System, as an articulating and organizer element of
the urban network. The concept consists in a Molecular City, whose main
characteristics are the essentiality of the public space; the polyfunctional
centers at different scales, and the structuring and connector natural system.
