SPONTANEOUS LINGERING
At the end of each pathway or where one pivots
there is a spaced designed for spontaneous
lingering. These points become points of attraction
and entice transient pedestrians to pause along
their journey and spend more time engaging with
the site.
Multiple paths allow the user to diversify their
experience of the site: paths protrude in to view
inviting passer-by’s to discover the path towards
them, some paths provide shelter from the
elements. Way-finding challenges the typical
transient nature of infrastructure to create a more
engaging path.
