have in the classroom
before they take on the

range

responsibilities required
for student teaching.
Practicum
teachers partner with
a
professional teacher
who
directs
their
activities and gives
them feedback on any
work they do.
Practicums can involve
one
cooperating
professional teacher or
multiple
cooperating
teachers. And they can
take place at one school
or more than one
school.
