139 ANNOUNCING NEW EDITORS! for THE QUARTERLY REVIEW OF FILM AND VIDEO Editors in Chief Wheeler Winston Dixon and Gwendolyn Audrey Foster University o f Nebraskci-Lincoln The new editors o f the Quarterly R eview o f Film and Video seek manuscripts in any area o f film and video, video installations and digital production, history, theoiy, and reception, covering the widest possible range o f approaches and subjects o f interest to potential contributors. We seek to publish the finest in international film criticism, theory and history in all areas, and encourage potential contributors. Queer, feminist, techno logical, postm odernist, preform atted, ethnographic, poststructural, postcolonial, spectatorial, psychoanalytic, interdisciplinary, phenomenological, and alternative criti cal and historical methodologies. We also seek interview with directors, writers, cin ematographers, performers, theorists, archivists, actors, video artists, and digital film makers. To be considered for publication, manuscripts should be between 15-25 pages long, IN MLA FORMAT ONLY (use the 5th edition o f the MLA Flandbook as your model), using parenthetical citations with NO FOOTNOTES, and a list o f works cited at the end o f the essay. Language in all essays should be free o f gender bias. Manuscripts should be com plete and ready to publish; no rough drafts. Submit one hard copy o f the manuscript, and a copy on disc, preferably in Microsoft Word (Macintosh) format. Include short biblio graphical note at the end o f the manuscript, on a separate page. Do not embed your name or any running headers in the text. Manuscripts will not normally be returned to con tributors. Manuscripts will be subject to pre-screening, and then a formal review pro cess. Any still photographs illustrating the article must be submitted with the initial manuscript, with brief captions and credit lines. Permissions and clearances for all such stills or illustrations are the sole re.sponsibility o f the author, and must be obtained in advance o f publication.
