Tony Kemerly is a Professor in the Department of Exercise Science at High Point University where he teaches courses in Body and Identity , Culture of Obesity , Culture of Fitness , and Who Am I ?: Locating the Self in the Whedonverse . Dr . Kemerly ’ s research interests are the portrayal of oppressed bodies in popular culture and the impact on society ’ s perception of those bodies .
Trisha Kemerly is a Lecturer in the Department of Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro , where she teaches courses in Social Psychology of Dress , and Culture and Human Behavior .
