Marc Aramini has a degree in Biochemistry from Notre Dame and a Masters in English Literature from Northern Arizona University . Most of his writing focuses on the science fiction writer Gene Wolfe , on whom he has published a book . He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Nevada , Las Vegas .
Felicia F . Campbell is UNLV ’ s longest serving faculty member . She is Executive Director of the Far West Popular and American Culture Associations and the editor of Popular Culture Review , both of which she founded . She is a past president of the Popular Culture Association and is best known for her pioneering work on gambling and risk taking .
Amy M . Green is Assistant Professor-in-Residence at the University of Nevada , Las Vegas , USA . Her work on video games has appeared in numerous academic journals , a TEDx talk , and interviews with KNPR ’ s State of Nevada program . She has published two books on the study of storytelling in video games .
Kathy Merlock Jackson is a professor of communication at Virginia Wesleyan University , where she specializes in media studies , animation , and children ’ s culture . She has published over a hundred articles , reviews , and chapters and eight books , four of them on Disney-related topics and , most recently , on Mister Rogers ’ Neighborhood . She is a former magazine columnist on television and president of the American Culture Association . Currently she is vice president / president elect of the Popular Culture Association / American Culture Association and edits The Journal of American Culture .
Jarret Keene teaches ancient literature and creative writing at UNLV , where he also coordinates the World Literature Second- Year Seminars . He is currently hard at work on a book devoted to the auteurship of legendary comic-book creator Jack Kirby .
