for wine, cuisine and horses (the name
‘I Cavalli’ means ‘the horses’), and these
three meet superbly and passionately
on this world-class wine and stud farm
in Stellenbosch’s famous wine region. The
contemporary and distinctive aesthetic of
the estate with its impressive sustainable
practices encompass 110 hectares,
comprising vineyards, indigenous gardens,
manicured paddocks, an outstanding
equestrian indoor arena, a 100-seater
restaurant, banqueting facility, art gallery,
luxury boutique and wine-tasting room.

menu is all about celebrating real food

The Estate takes pride in growing their
own seasonal herbs and have vegetable
varieties grown from seed and cuttings.
Showcasing rotating artists as well as
housing a permanent exhibition, a visit to
the Estate’s contemporary art gallery is a

which offers quality bespoke items from
a variety of South African designers.
Sample the estate’s fruits of the vine by
enjoying a wine tasting, which is available
every Wednesday to Saturday. Book
a stable tour or enjoy a unique horse
carriage tour of the entire estate.
