THE CLASH OF THE TITANS
December 2nd marked the end of what had turned out to be a great tournament. The final game was about to start. Thousands of loyal fans had already taken their seats, eagerly awaiting the colossal clash of the two titans of polo. The weather, partially cloudy and quite hot and humid was not what many were hoping for, as most polo afficionados were hoping for a more typical Buenos Aires day that time of year: a beautiful sunny and cloudless one. Still, the enthusiasm was there because after all, it was going to be a spectacle not to be missed.
Who would emerge victorious? That was the question given that both teams are supremely skilled. Both teams embody what means to be " Polo ' s Best ". So, it was really a toss up. Anyone could win it and both teams wanted to win it; but only one would lift that trophy.
