Lost Ticket Locators
If tickets are lost , call the Hult Center Ticket Office at 541.682.5000 . Replacement tickets can be picked up at the box office NO EARLIER than 1 hour prior to the performance . If someone else presents your original tickets at the performance , we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue . However , we reserve the right to seat you in another location .
Ticket Exchange
Subscriber exchanges are subject to availability and must be received in the ticket office no later than 24 hours * prior to the date printed on the ticket . Exchanges are subject to any applicable upgrade fees and a $ 2 per ticket fee for any exchanges initiated over the phone .* We are unable to transfer , offer a credit , or refund unused tickets . However , if you miss a performance , you may mail the unused tickets to Theater League and receive a tax credit letter ( P . O . Box 140206 , Kansas City , MO 64114 ). If you miss a show due to an emergency , call 541.682.5597 . We will make every effort to seat you at another performance on a stand-by , best available basis , subject to producer approval .
SWAP A SHOW
Can ’ t attend one of your season shows ? You may swap ** out of one show in the season package in person or by mailing in your tickets by 10 days before the first show of the season . To swap , call the box office at 541.682.5000
* Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of most shows , subject to producer approval . There is a $ 2 service charge per ticket on all exchanges and swaps made by phone . If you exchange into a less expensive performance or section the difference is not refunded . When exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location the difference must be paid . This difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating seciton .
** SWAPS must be made 10 days prior to first season show . Limit one swap per season ticket . Seating is subject to availability at the time of the exchange . Individual swap policies are subject to contractual terms with the touring companies . SWAPS become available in the summer . If you swao into a less expensive performance or section the difference is not refunded . When swaping into a higher priced performance or seating location the difference must be paid .
