ERASMUS+ PROJECT “POETRY DRAMA and CLASSICS are on STAGE”
Czech Republic , Prague 30th of September – 6th of October.
30.09.Late in the evening we arrive to Prague.
01.10. At 9:00 AM in the morning we are in Prague in a
gymnasium of Českolipska, where we are kindly awaited by Czech
students. We meet with students from other countries and go on
a little tour around the school. We conclude that the school is
very similar to our school, rejoice about hallways and student
work that decorates them. Then we present our homework – tell
about Jāņi festival, regale everyone with Jāņu cheese and
introduce other participants with the most popular Latvian play ,,
Skroderdienas Silmačos’’ and we dance a joyfull dance from the play.
After that there were games that helped everyone to get to know each
other. After lunch we went on a
little excursion. Looked at Vlatava
river, Vysehrada Basilica.
After returning to school, we
worked in groups – reproduce
(draw) six literary works in a
creative way: H.C.Andersen ’’The
Little Mermade’’, L.Carroll ‘’Alice’s
Adventure in Wonderland’’,
A.Duma ‘’The Three Musketeers’’,
W.Shakespeare ‘’Romeo and Juliet’’,M.Cervantes ‘’Don
Quixote’’,A.Saint-Exupery ‘’The Little Prince’’.
02.10.Days start with an excursion. At noon 9.00 pm meeting place - Prague Castle. The castle is the most
