Zen in a Teacup
Steam rises from the pot
Balls of oolong mingle with water;
Counting under my breath,
I do not hear your blurry question
I sip the first brew
Scribbling down the flavor
Butter and spring meadow
You gulp and mull
But not over the tea–
Beside you, the glowing laptop
