• The introduction of the Tobago Night Market to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in communities and to display skills and talents acquired through the outreach programmes of the Division of Community Development and Culture
• Financial support for the activities of village councils , churches , cultural groups and fishing associations
• Funding the purchase of instruments by steel bands in Tobago
• Financial assistance for medical expenses of needy patients
• Financial assistance to fund the participation of local artisans at local , national , regional and international trade shows and exhibitions
• A Tobago Special Education and Policy Implementation Committee has been commissioned to ensure that students with special needs are being served
• Established 24 hour security to ensure safety and security in all schools .
