We fear that too many Australian organisations don’t fully value the importance and contribution of the project management function to organisational success and therefore in turn don’t give sufficient consideration to the career advancement pathways for professional project managers. The speech content would be informed by a special Australian Institute of Management VT survey targeted at project management professionals to assess the relevance of their skills for promotion to top level executive positions including CEO.
