This apprenticeship provides opportunities to acquire the necessary knowledge
and develop the relevant skills for competent use of information and
communications technology. With areas including desktop publishing, websites,
office and audio software, this offers a wide scope to begin a career in IT.

Level 2 Diploma in Information Technology User Skills
Level 3 Diploma in Information Technology User Skills
Functional Skills in English and maths, if required
Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)

You must complete an initial assessment identifying prior learning and experience
