The office core enjoys a service elevator, common ablution service facilities with access via an entrance foyer linked to the ground floor, 2148 m2 retail mall inclusive of restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store. A podium level houses a pool deck, sunset bar, residents club and gymnasium, while the Conference and meeting facilities can accommodate up to 300 people in five separate venues.
