the Rani Resorts properties, they have
demonstrated a commitment to ensure

contractors during both the construction and post construction operations.
Construction of the new Rani towers
commenced in August 2013 and is on
track for completion as per schedule,
within the third quarter of 2015.
The 18 floor, fully lift serviced apartment tower will comprise a total of 187
units made up of 64 studio apartments,
53 one bedroom apartments, 48 two
bedroom apartments, 16 three bedroom
apartments. The top two floors of the
apartment tower will exclusively contain 6 penthouse units, with each of the
units enjoying its own air-conditioning,
continuous terrace on the perimeter and
a full height solar glazing to take full advantage of the breathtaking ocean views
The 15 floor, open plan office tower allows for customization based on tenant
requirements. The first 14 levels offer office space which may be sub-divided as
per client needs into smaller zones. The
tower is serviced by five lifts and comprises of a total of 18390 square meters.
The office core enjoys a service elevator,
common ablution service facilities with
access via an entrance foyer linked to
the ground floor, 2148 m2 retail mall inclusive of restaurants, coffee shops and
a convenience store.
A podium level houses a pool deck, sunset bar, residents club and gymnasium,
while the Conference and meeting facilities can accommodate up to 300 people
in five separate venues.
