♡ Think pros not cons

Good case scenarios not bad ones. Question yourself if THINGS COULD BE WORSE. And then describe how it could be worse so you can thank those lucky stars ALL THE TIME.

♡MIND OVER MATTER

♡ YOU are your own hype man (your own coach). YOU cheer yourself on. Don't depend on others to be supportive. That doesn't work for long. Now if you do have the support that's also great. But relying on yourself is always key. Why? Bc sometimes the ppl you depend on for moral support let you down. Not always but its a gamble.

♡ Build your soul. If you have a lack of motivation its not because you don't believe you can. You just feel like a car with no engine for now. But not forever. Start that engine!

♡ Listen every dog has its day! Not all days will be great. SO WHAT! Do not let one day consume you for a very long duration of time. CARRY ON so you can get started and continue on a peaceful journey with yourself and the family!

♡DO NOT KEEP RELIVING BAD EXPERIENCES IN YOUR MIND OFTEN! Please do not! This is the worse of all worse. It can keep you so trapped in the past. Thats not healthy.

♡Time management is so important. Give yourself a time for everything. Even if you are doing what you like for a half hour. That little time can mean so much to you. But find a minute to regroup for sanity purposes. Its only fair.

♡$20 can take forever to build up to $1000 BUT its a start to saving money for something you look forward to if your finding yourself low on cash bc of the bills. Open up a savings account at another bank if you feel your going to spend the money you save. I myself is guilty of this :/ Remember we live in the world were money is everything . If you don't have enough then just try not making money the center of your problem. Finding inner peace and acceptance is way more important at this point in achieving positivity and motivation again. Material things can come during income tax season if anything.

♡ Give Yourself Extra Credit All The Time. Pat yourself on the back for everything you've done so far. I know we always want more. That's normal! But some times we do with what we have for the mean time. Nothing last forever.

♡There is NOTHING wrong with seeing a therapist if you feel you need to do so.

♡ Motivation will come only when your mind is at its clear state. I've noticed this because motivation unfortunately comes and goes for everyone. You will find all of the right answers to the "how do I start?" dilemma. I know its easier said then done. But i will say from experience that when you think miserable then miserable is what you will get not motivation !

Thanks for taking time out to read. I also sincerely wanna share that writing is my very own therapy. I find my time to write believe it or not when I'm sick in bed with a flare up. Or on the train or late at night if I can't sleep. So you actually help me more then you know by reading my work. There are plenty of moments where I feel less motivated or not as positive. But I rough talk myself so I don't stay consumed with the negative. Its a cycle and a personal battle. But one thing we can never do is give in and give up. So always look for a way out of the funk. If its been clinging on to you longer then a WEEK. Oh hell no get firm because its trying to take over.

Note to self : YOUR SANITY IS IMPORTANT ALWAYS...NOT SOMETIMES...
