The Forever Cycle of Finding Motivation and Positivity:

Dear iCan Readers

There is always one point or another when we get caught up on the right now that we forget we even exist. We usually don't realize this right away but we become walking robots. Always busy, always doing what needs to be done. Work work work! Do do do ! Its like a treadmill that's on a high speed and your running and running but the shit just won't give you that chance to stop. So your sweating all over the place. Your overwhelmed and your getting nowhere. You need to press that stop button! Time out!

You want to keep positive, right? In fact you're trying to and just like a game of Tetris your blocks are just all stacking up way too high way too quickly. Your finances are a disarray which never helps! You'd love to make more money so you can do all of the extra things that will complete your inner happiness. Your job expects your 100%. Your kids expect your 100%. Your bashing yourself about giving only 10% time toward yourself. And then there's the responsibility of chores and maintenance on everything else all at once. Oh yes! Lets not forget trying to stay sane on front of the world because every one looks pretty much normal so you feel you are the nut of the pack. Which is not true. So you wear this mask and smile and pretend that you are holding up well. Its clearly understandable how this is all too much to juggle. But hey you know what ?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE :)

LETS PRESS THE DO OVER BUTTON ! RESET THE MAINFRAME! OUR MIND...

▪ Stop believing there are rules to this ludicrous game of life we play. Get the free gift of "The So What Attitude" we so often need at times. You know why? Because nice ppl care too much. And if you care too much then you are most likely emotional. Trust me I don't think being nice and caring is bad. Hell I'm guilty of it too. With strict limitations.

If you find yourself feeling down and out you have to start snapping your fingers on front of your face to help you snap out of your secret funk. Not litereally of course. Well I guess if you have too! This will really get your attention and pumped up for your motivation process. We can try to vent to others and receive great advise. But at the end you will be left on your own in a room with your thoughts. You are the one left with your mind telling you a whole load of stuff that can keep you down and out and stressed. You yourself can be your own worse enemy. So when you are feeling less positive or in lack of motivation ask yourself every single time at that very moment when you start thinking to deep DO I WANT TO STAY IN THIS RECURRING FUNK ALL MY LIFE? OR DO I REALLY WANT TO LEARN HOW TO CONTROL MYSELF ON HOW I MAKE MYSELF FEEL AND THINK? And I'm sure you are going to tell yourself the right answer.

If you are not hard on yourself when you need to be you will tend to dwell on most of the not so good things going on. Its an abusive characteristic we have that tries to live in us and wants to take over like a parasite.
