Being body positive is about loving where you are at right now, and ignoring the rest. I struggled for
most of my life hating my body. I wanted to change it and I did, and when I got to my “new” body I
realized nothing had changed, because I brought myself with me. My body changes every single day
and will forever. What matters to me now is how I feel, not how I look, and that takes a shift of internal
dialogue. Through my yoga practice I’ve found a way to believe in myself, to have a little faith, and
continue to show up for myself every single day. That’s what I aim to share.
