Benjamin Montanez is a
California native who works
as an EMT in Denver, CO and
has become one of Instagram’s
new plus size heartthrobs.
After his marriage ended, he
found himself in an unhealthy
emotional and physical place so
he decided to take charge of his
life. Today he is a body positive
activist and believes that plussize men can be
happy and healthy.
