Pattie, thank you for this great question. There are quality products out
there that you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for. Even I mix my professional
kit up with some of the more pricey items and those you can grab at the drug store.
GO FOR THE SPLURGE...
Brushes: A lot more work goes into a high quality brush, than in an inexpensive
one. The bristles are softer and are crafted far more securely. A good brush should
last years if cared for properly. I’ve had some of my brushes for almost 10 years!
