or client, answer in the most politically correct manner. Never discuss your
agency, other clients or models with clients.
Top 3 Tips for aspiring models
We asked Julie Lewis at Dorothy Combs Models to give us her top 3 tips for
aspiring models and here is what she had to say:
“For me, I would say communication is key for a model with her agent, and
constantly testing with photographers to improve her confidence. Testing with
photographers keeps your book fresh and allows me, the agent, to do my job
with new material! We all want to look at next month’s glossy, and that is the
same with a model. We all want to see new material-fresh, fresh, fresh!
Additionally, as a model, receive feedback with a humble spirit! I’m here to
market and make you the best possible model for the model’s $ return.”
