I still couldn’t bring myself to send
them underwear Polaroid’s. My own
insecurities made me miss out on that
amazing opportunity and it’s just not
something I’m ever going to let happen
again! It took time and lots of deep
breathing to just throw myself in at the
deep-end months later, and ironically I
hadn’t lost any weight. In fact, I’d put on
a few pounds when I got signed!

Whom do you look to for curvy
inspiration?

Definitely Beyoncé and for so many
reasons! Her body, her fitness, her style,
her bum, her curves and obviously
her unapologetic fierceness! I also
love Tara Lynn. Her career journey is
massively inspiring to me because she’s
really broken into the high-fashion and
editorial side of things, which for curve/
plus models is hard.
