PTE dives into 2025

PTE kicks off its show season with a visit to Polokwane on 27 March 2025 .
Are you ready to start the year off right for you and your business ? Then make Plumbing ’ s Travelling Exhibition ( PTE ) a priority item on your goals list for 2025 . The show , that moves to various venues within South Africa , attracts plumbers , wet services engineers and plumbing related industries to its stands where information is freely shared .
“ We want to inform and educate plumbers across the country and give suppliers and manufacturers the opportunity to reach their target audience directly ,” says PTE organiser , Sean Macnamara .
Learning and growth are a strong part of the PTE events . Many exhibitors provide demonstrations and feature the latest products and plumbing tech , so that plumbers are kept in the loop of what ’ s new and innovative in the industry .
Exciting stands await
The exhibitions also give visitors an opportunity to meet with manufacturers and suppliers directly , to handle products while at the stands as well as to network and interact with other plumbing professionals in the area . What ’ s more , there are informative and valuable workshops that are held on the day of the event , with topics ranging from rainwater harvesting all the way to business systems and growth . Indeed , many plumbing firms bring their entire team to these exhibitions so that everyone has a chance to see what ’ s new in the industry .
“ You can ’ t put a price on upskilling and education ,” says Macnamara . This year , PTE is adding new stops to its schedule with Kathu in the Northern Cape as well as Knysna and George on the Garden Route . Visitors can attend for free , and if they are registered to attend , they can earn CPD points for coming along .
