Module 5 – Crisis management and equanimity The ultimate test of a leader is during chaos. Equanimity is the ability to maintain mental calmness, composure and razor-sharp clarity of mind while in the absolute thick of a storm.
In our final module, we synthesise the entire course into live crisis simulation frameworks:
• De-escalating the room: How a composed leader utilises their own regulated physiology to co-regulate an entire boardroom or site crew during an emergency.
• Post-crisis processing: We teach teams how to run a Psychological Post-Mortem after a major project failure, ensuring the team processes the stress constructively rather than letting it fester into chronic burnout.
